Armed Robbery on 16th Avenue in Kearney Friday

(Kearney, NE) - On Friday afternoon at approximately 4:22pm, officers with the Kearney Police Department were called to the area of the 1400 block of 16th avenue to investigate an armed robbery that had occurred. Following a traffic stop of a known vehicle, three male suspects were detained. Presently the Kearney Police Department is continuing to investigate the case. At this time all parties involved have been identified and there are no injuries. Additionally, there is no danger to the community by those involved.
